DESCRIPTION
A dynamic roulette system inspired by Rust, where players can bet with money or items. After a set betting period, the wheel spins, rewarding winners and notifying all players of the results. The higher the number the wheel lands on, the bigger the bet multiplier, adding even more excitement to each round.
